Let’s chat about Tala! Tala is currently up for adoption but you may have noticed that she comes with a special price tag! This is because we believe this girl is priceless. Tala came into care in a lot of pain and almost unable to walk, she has since come a long way with the help of our vetting team, veterinary partners and rehab partners! She has medications that she takes daily and currently goes to rehab 2 times a week for mobility training. (We don’t want that to discourage you, as this community is full of supporters who can help with getting our girl from A to B ) Her fosters can vouch for this, she is a pretty easy going girl in home and enjoys spending her days relaxing with her humans! She is good in her kennel and has learned that it is her safe space. Her leash manners are good, but is reactive to other dogs and small creatures on walks. However, she responds well to redirection using her commands she has worked on! She prefers a home with no animal friends, dogs or cats and needs kids to be 12+
